Alpha Digital Creative Co., Ltd. collects and uses the information you provide through this inquiry form as described below.

What we collect and why

We collect the company name, contact name, email address, phone number, optional website address, service interest, and message you enter in the form. The form also sends its language and a reference number for your inquiry. Basin may process technical details, such as your IP address, browser, and submission time, to operate and protect the service. We use this information to respond to you, arrange consultations, discuss our services, maintain necessary correspondence, and prevent spam. Please don’t include sensitive information that isn’t relevant to your inquiry.

Who processes your information and where

Your submission is sent to Basin, operated by Moonshot Ventures Inc., which receives and stores it, screens for spam, and sends email notifications. Authorized Alpha staff and providers of necessary hosting, email delivery, and security services may process the information for these purposes. Your information may be processed in Taiwan, Canada, the United States, and other locations used by those providers; processing is not limited to Taiwan. How we use and retain your information

We access your information through the form dashboard, email, and necessary business records. We retain it for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, discuss or provide services, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. After that, we delete it or remove identifying details. Records in Basin are also subject to the account’s plan and retention settings. Email notifications and later correspondence are separate copies kept for the same purposes. Deleting a record in Basin does not automatically delete those copies.

Your choices

You can choose whether to share your information. Fields marked * are required to submit the form. Without enough contact information or a description of your needs, we may be unable to respond or arrange a consultation. You can also contact us by email or phone; information shared through those channels is used for the same inquiry and service purposes.

Your rights and how to contact us

You may contact info@alphadigitalcreative.com to ask to review or receive a copy of your personal data, add or correct information, stop its collection, processing, or use, or have it deleted. We may need to verify your identity. We handle requests in accordance with applicable law, including requirements to retain certain records. Access to your information is limited to staff who need it for their work.
